Henry was born on a farm in Louden, New Hampshire. Raised between rural Gilford, New Hampshire and culturally bustling Cambridge, MA, Henry was often making trips to Manhattan to stay with his grandmother, Hania, who lived and worked as a painter, photographer, and writer there, he was immersed in much art and culture. After completing advanced placement studio arts and an internship in graphic design in high school, henry went on to study figurative drawing, painting with students of Howard Warshaw as well as studying figure sculpture, printmaking, 3D and classical animation. Henry is an alumni of the New Media/ Computer arts department at the Academy of Art University working as an artist, photographer, and freelance graphic designer. Henry’s Paintings are a mixture of abstract expressionism, organic cubism,  and figurative realism. His photography centers around capturing moments of  emotion and personality. Henry shoots with a medium format vintage Mamiya camera with a polaroid back, as well as a digital Canon SLR. Henry is available for commissioned paintings and portrait photography.
