- We introduce to San Francisco the Norwegian Jewelry designer Ane Haugen, who will show a range of contemporary silver necklaces inspired by Norwegian folk art. Drawing from the character of each necklace, the performance showcases the jewelry in motion, questioning notions of personal space between viewer, object, and performer.

Join us at Cellspace on Thursday, May 20, 6:00pm, for a gallery exhibition of new photography by Rachel Granofsky, a member of the Cellspace Project 2048 Artists-in-Residence program. Her recent work calls into question the tenuous divide between composing the picture in the camera frame and the post-production editing process, thus highlighting the transgressive potential of photography. http://www.cellspace.org/new/node/217 http://www.rachelgranofsky.com/1024/index.htm
