His idea is clear and simple: Set up or participate events, collect the relevant impressions, decorate it with snapshots and produce a film that represents in an emotional way how it was being there.  At best, create a touching piece of art. Some might call it documentary filmmaking.

Currently he is working on documentary shorts about san francisco artists.  One is about the street art of a girl who draws shadows with chalk.  The film provides an insight into her philosophy and traces the process.  Another documentary shows how a weed pasting project enriches the cityscape.  The camera team follows the artist on his way into an exhibition at the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art.

May the 12th Michael is setting up his final show here in San Francisco.  It will be held in CELLspace.  In collaboration with codame.com , this event is going to be a vibrant and fast moving mix of short films and tech-art presentations.  The thursday evening leads into a party with good frequencies, sonic and visual nuggets.  Keeping the cycle in motion, the event itself gets processed and turned into a short film.
