Our mission is to provide a safe and supportive public environment for the exploration of art, education, performance and community building. Through cooperative relationships and multidisciplinary programs, CELLspace encourages the celebration of inter-generational, cross-cultural collaborations and the promotion of social justice. CELLspace simultaneously serves two key populations in the Mission District: at-risk youth and artists. Our upcoming programming and activities include over 25 affordable and accessible adult art classes in a variety of mediums. Learn stencil making, djing, printmaking, silk-screening, web design, music production, video editing, alternative photographic processes, bookbinding, mosaic arts, puppetry and much more!
