Hello CELLspace Members:

Some recent news and updates:

1. The new Website is up and running!  That's right, after 12 years of 
trying to keep it real, CELLspace welcomes all visitors to its new 
online portal. After much effort from many amazing people over the 
years, we're stepping into the 21st century with this official online 
version of our nifty multiuse space. Backed by a content management 
system (CMS) from the amazing Drupal community, this site will hopefully 
stay fresh and full of new information for you all to hook into.

2. T-shirts, stickers, and all the goodies of being a member are nearing 
fruition!  stay tuned for design updates!

3. WE need your help:  CELLspace has an opportunity to share some of its 
mailing list (not email) with other arts organizations in San Francisco, 
and in return we may use some of their list to outreach to groups and 
people that we have no current access to.    Organizations ranging from 
the San Francisco Opera and Ballet to small grassroots groups with only 
1 person on their mailing list to share are all going to be gathered 
into the BIG LIST.  The list will be vetted for duplicates and then 
categorized so that the organizations may pull names and addresses for 
direct Mailings:  BUT not fundraising!  Only events and memberships.  
The project is funded by the Wallace Foundation and is being run under 
the auspices of Theatre Bay Area.  With this we can do a targeting 
membership drive and gear up for inviting people who want to give real 
money to the arts to events at CELLspace.

What we ask from you is your permission to put your names and addresses 
on the list form CELLspace.  Feel free to say no!  We only need to give 
a minimum of one name, and since I am already on so many lists I have 
already put my name and address down!  But while we have fulfilled the 
letter of the law, it would be ncie to work towards the spirit with a 
few more names:
If you would like to be included, please email me your name, address, 
and where your arts interests might lie:  what would you like to receive 
notifications about?  Dance? Impressionist art exhibits? Prison theatre?
